These terms govern your use of carslingers.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by Showroom Media LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you purchase a program or service from us, that purchase will have its own written terms, which control for that purchase.
The Site shares information about our training and coaching for automotive salespeople and lets you sign up to receive updates. Content on the Site is for general education and information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or employment advice.
Selling cars is a real job with real variables: your store, your market, your pay plan, and most of all your own effort. Nothing on this Site is a promise or guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money or achieve any particular result. Any results we describe, including our own and our students', are individual experiences, are not typical, and are not a projection of what you will earn.
The Car Slingers messaging program is operated by Showroom Media LLC. By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring promotional and event reminder text messages about Car Slingers, including webinar reminders, program updates, and promotional offers, sent via an autodialer. The program uses (502) 831-0535.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may request email updates without selecting SMS consent. You must provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Message frequency: up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider about your plan.
To cancel texts, reply STOP. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or email bryson@carslingers.com. You may also use that email to request cancellation. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
Delivery timing and availability depend on your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the opt-in data necessary to provide the SMS service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and consent records.
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials) belong to Showroom Media LLC or our licensors. You may view and use them for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, republish, resell, or distribute them without our written permission.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example scheduling, payments, or video hosting). Those services have their own terms and policies, and we're not responsible for them.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showroom Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify Showroom Media LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in courts located in Kentucky.
